I'm BACK!

HAHA! Don't judge on how long I have been gone! I can not even BEGIN to tell you where October and November went! Blink...poof...gone!!  CJ (my husband) and I celebrated our ONE year wedding anniversary! Last minute, we decided to go to Omaha. Which was a BLAST! After church we went to a Mexican restaurant and said to each other, "Let's just get out of town!" So, we rushed home, packed up our bags, and headed out.  Let me tell you....IT WAS THE BEST OVER NIGHT TRIP!  We even admitted to each other it was more fun then our own honeymoon.   We stayed in a beautiful hotel which had a full kitchen in it!  Why I was so excited for that...I have no idea! hehe!!
When we found the hotel, we missed the entrance, so we had to go around the block.  We are so glad we did.  Come to find out, a block away was a theater where you can eat dinner while watching the movie!  We watched Wreck It Ralph!  Yes, we are in our mid 20's, but we love our Disney movies! There is just the pure simplicity of Disney movies.  No guts, blood, and cursing. Thank you Disney for making beautiful movies!! :)  ANYWAYS!!! I told you I get off track easily!
The next day we went to the Omaha Zoo.  Oh my goodness. Seriously, one of the best zoos we have been too!  Each building was a different environment of the world.  There was the desert (which made us homesick), then the rainforest, caves, aquarium, ect.  Just a beautiful zoo, which we will go back for sure again!! Of course, Thanksgiving came up!  We went to Minnesota to be with my dad's family.  CJ fit in so well and we had a BLAST!!  We were truly blessed to be able to go up there to be with family since this was our first Thanksgiving without our family.  Haha! Of course we were young and stupid how we got up there!  CJ had to close at work Wednesday.  So, he came home at midnight which was officially Thanksgiving. We got in the car and started the 7 hour drive.  We got to my uncle's house at 7:20am, slept for a few hours, and then headed out for my aunt's house.  Had Thanksgiving dinner; went back to another aunt's house; slept, got up the next morning at 7am and headed back to Nebraska.  CJ had to close on Friday!  We were tired, but SOOOO happy we went up there! :)
Anyways! Tomorrow I plan and hope to finally post pictures of the cards and projects I have been making! :) Sorry it has taken me so long, but I promise to show you my creations! :) Thanks to all who read this lovely blog! Until next time, stay safe and Happy Holidays!!!!
