The Never Ending Road....

I have not been on for a while, and for good reason....We are in the middle of moving to Nebraska!  This is day 2 of our move, and man oh man. We are beat.  When we decided to move, my husband and myself thought we would take our time to get up there since we weren't when the next vacation will be.  So, the first night, we stayed in Flagstaff, AZ so CJ say good-bye to his friends.  As we were driving through Flagstaff, SOOO many memories from college came flooding back.  Those were honestly the best 4 years of my life. Met amazing people, experienced many unique opportunities, and just enjoyed life.
As we drove away, I teared up, but at the same point, was reminded of how I would NEVER change my Flagstaff experience for ANYTHING

For those of you who know me...I LOVE LOVE LOVE history.  When we were mapping out or direction, I FREAKED out when we decided to go through Monument Valley, Utah.  Oh my goodness. Wow. That is such a BEAUTIFUL, STUNNING, and SPIRITUAL place to be.  It is just amazing to come around the corner of very flat land and see the stunning monuments.  I was just grinning from ear to ear!

Next, we set off for Grand Junction, Colorado.  On the way we stopped at Wilson's Window.  Within a mountain is a hole.  To me, it was like seeing through the eyes of a mountain and seeing all the spenders around it. I was wearing flip flops, and knowing how I trip just walking barefoot on carpet. I was NOT chancing slipping down a mountain. So, instead, CJ went up.  We are not climbers. But, I was SOO stinken proud of him for climbing up! Pictures will be put up soon.  When he got back in the car, the smile and light in his eyes was rewarding.  He felt so accomplished and so proud of himself!

Now, we are relaxing and sitting in Grand Junction, Colorado. Tomorrow's adventure....Estes Park, Colorado! Until then readers.....
